Stacey

Managing Partner, Lead Designer

Stacey is the Managing Partner and Lead Designer for E-CartCustoms. Stacey became a design partner with BigCommerce in 2009.  Responding to increased customer demand and working closely with the Interspire sales team, Stacey re-branded part of her studio, dedicating it specifically to BigCommerce store owners in June 2010 and E-CartCustoms was born.

With solid background in design for both web and print, Stacey brings almost two decades of industry experience and a lifetime of creative passion to the table. She thinks outside-the-box while still keeping her eye on the target— designing a first class store that appeals to your target audience.

Randi

Account Executive

A driving force in the e-CartCustoms team, Randi is responsible for the development and performance for sales activities at e-CartCustoms. Randi is responsible for responding to prospective clients while maintaining satisfaction among existing clients. She develops long lasting relationships with our customers in order to retain their business, acts as a personal sales associate to each client and answers any questions about their service.

Randi is a grad student at Rutgers, married to our writer Ian, and they have a beautiful one year old daughter.

Steven

Sales Representative

An indispensable assest to the e-CartCustoms team. Steven provides cost and time estimates from website inquires as well as establishes plans and strategies to expand our customer base.

In his off time Steven enjoys video games, reading (favorite author Chuck Palahniuk) and is a marine aquarium hobbyist.

Ian Ragsdale is an invaluable member of the E-CartCustoms team. He has been writing professionally for print and the Web since 2003. Ian has published hundreds of articles and written informational and advertising copy for search-engine optimized websites.
