What is remote training?

Remote training is an excellent tool that allows us to remotely share desktops and do step-by-step training or support in real time. As we click from our desktop, you are viewing it on yours, and vise versa! Yes, it is super cool and we offer our training for free when we customize your online store. =)

How it works:

1. First we will connect by phone so we are in voice communication throughout the remote session. We will provide you a secure 9 digit session ID number.
2. We’ll send you to a server page where you will click on “Join Session”. There are no installations or registrations required. You simply run the software and enter the session ID.
3. A connection is instantly established and you will be able to view our screens in real time via the server viewer.

Remote support

On occasion a support issue you may be having can be difficult to explain in text form. If you are having a support issue and feel it would be easier to show us than tell us— When you fill out your online support ticket, check the box titled “remote viewing requested”. We will contact you within 1 business day and set up a convenient time to conduct the session.
