We are looking for a few superstars to join us.

We have a good solid team and we are looking  to expand it with a few really great, reliable and qualified people on a permanent basis.

Requirements:

This is a freelance position. You will be working remotely from your own studio or home. You will need to have the required software, computer, internet connection and phone.

A qualified candidate will need to be proficient with HTML, CSS, Illustrator, Photoshop and FTP. If you have more awesomeness in your bag of tricks like PHP, SEO, SEM, concept development, Flash, content writing, Logo design, Interface design or other skill of benefit, let’s hear about it!

We’re big boys and girls and you will be trusted and have the freedom to manage your own time and work your own schedule but you need to hit milestones as scheduled and bring client projects in on time, every time. You will need to be 100% reliable. We are sticklers for meeting milestones! If you don’t do your part, then we can’t do our part (or visa versa) and the customer isn’t happy. Then we lose customers and credibility and that just can’t happen.

We want you to have fun and make money, but in turn, you must be responsible for making sure you get your sites done on time, every time. Please don’t bother to apply if you have trouble meeting deadlines. You won’t be under an enormous amount of pressure, but you do have to work consistently to stay on schedule.

How We Work:

Even though we work remotely and our work is computer based, this is a people run business. Our Managing Partner, Stacey, is our projects manager/client liaison as well as our lead designer. You will work closely with her to complete your projects and deal with her directly on all aspects. She is the voice of the company to our clients and your direct liaison.

We communicate, manage projects and hold each other accountable remotely via Basecamp, Skype, email, and phone.

All projects are assigned to you. We have developed a “No Fail Design” process that you are required to follow. The schedule of each project will be mapped out for you and as long as you hit those milestones and maintain constant communication on your projects via basecamp, you can work when and how you want to. We encourage it. Be free! That’s probably one of the main reasons you’re a freelancer in the first place!
